The Career Development Centre recently organised ‘Written Word’, an engaging workshop by Ms Vidya Suresh on CV and SOP writing. The workshop tackled the daunting task of preparing a CV and SOP with refreshing humour and candour. Students left with renewed confidence, no longer afraid of facing a blank white screen.
The use of drones has evolved quickly over the past few years, and now, anyone can own and legally operate their very own vehicle. In this workshop, DRONAID helped students build their skill set to design and manoeuvre a drone.
SAE Manipal’s Jet Engine Workshop, held over two days, gave students a glimpse into the functioning of the powerful jet engines that drive large aircraft. The workshop featured a theoretical analysis session as well as a practical demonstration of the concepts discussed at the propulsion lab.
