Super Cyclonic Storm Amphan recently wreaked havoc in the states of West Bengal and Odisha. Millions of people were displaced as the storm showed no mercy in destroying livelihoods and depleting natural resources. These states now have to navigate their way through a natural disaster while also reeling with the ill effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
