The international student community of Manipal came together on 9th August to celebrate Kairos—MAHE’s International Day. Students from all over the world shared their beliefs, traditions, and food with each other in this extravaganza of culture.
MIT provides students with many opportunities to get international exposure to enhance their educational experience. Through various internships, exchanges, and other programs, a student can make use of the college’s global networks to get the most out of their degree.
KAIROS’18, celebrated on the 10th of August, the eve of International Day, was a joint venture between AIESEC, IAESTE, IPSF,and CAM. The day displayed the beauty behind friendship despite national boundaries and showed a remarkable blend of cultural ethnicity.
IAESTE organized a two-day certified technical workshop on Computational Fluid Dynamics, Android App Development, and Printed Circuit Board Design, conducted by trained professionals. As IAESTE’s first ‘member benefit’ event it offered a lot to students in terms of the knowledge and skills that they gained from the workshops.
IAESTE organised its cultural meet, Abhivyakti, on 15th Jan 2018, at the Library Auditorium on campus. Several professors and heads of departments were felicitated by dignitaries for their passion for teaching and loyalty towards MIT and MAHE.
