One of Revels’ most participated events, this year Dramebaaz brought to the stage a large number of budding actors showcasing their theatrical and dramatic skills. Ranging from street plays to mono-acting, as well as mime performances, Dramebaaz covered nearly every realm of theatre—tackling serious issues while also keeping the spirit of comedy
“A madman’s joke. That’s just what makes it so deliciously macabre.”
AAINA Dramatics presented their main production of the semester, The Mousetrap, which impressed the audience with its perfectly arranged sets and exceptional acting.
Mimes, improv, films, plays, and more—Dramebaaz housed all things theatre under one single roof. With large audiences, great performances, and interesting ideas, the events entertained and delivered the right messages.
Dramebaaz brought theatre and film into the spotlight with Curtain Call and Lights, Camera, Action. Teams competed with trailers of their work for the opportunity to present their plays and movies during the fest.
