The Department of Palliative Medicine and Supportive Care organised a Palliative Care Awareness Walkathon on 12th October 2019 as part of World Hospice and Palliative Care Day activities. The walkathon witnessed people from all walks of life in attendance, including several esteemed healthcare professionals. Following the walkathon, a short program was held at Dr TMA Pai Hospital, Udupi, to raise awareness about palliative care and its benefits among the general public.
